Initial Assessment Session

These are 90-min single sessions to assess the current problem/s, history, goals and expectations which will allow me to provide a recommendation so you can make an informed decision with regards to start counselling.

Follow-up Session

These are 60-min sessions which follow an initial assessment and that consist of implementing a

mutually agreed therapeutic plan.

Meet & Greet

These are complimentary one-time-only 20 min consultations to help you 'shop around’ for the counsellor that best fits your needs.

I will clarify aspects of my practice, certifications, therapeutic approach and answer questions about what a counselling process with me looks like.
